Currently we can quote based on 2006 prices and will update you later on the 2007prices when they are out.(however as an estimate, I would suggest you add an approximate 5% increase in rates for 2007)
 
You have indicated 4persons and that you may have more people join, so I have provided, below,  prices for 4,5 & 6pax.

Costs include: Trsf Nairobi airport- hotel + 1nt BB Intercontinental + 4n.5d Kenya Lodge safari at accommodations stated(4nts Full board on safari + park fees, english speaking driver/guide, transport in 7-seater minibus with pop-up roof) + Trsf to Namanga border. + p/up by Roy's at Namanga border trsf to Arusha + 1nt BB Impala hotel + 8n.9d Tanzania safari(park & crater fees, 8nts full board accommodation at lodges/tented camps, transport in 4WD vehicle with driver/guide, bottled water(1 bottle per person per day), VAT where applicable) + flight Seronera-Arusha + trsf Ars-Kilimanjaro airport + Flight Kilimanjaro-Nairobi airport.
Costs exclude: Drinks, tips, laundry, personal toiletry requirements, insurance, visas, balloon safari, crater rim hike and all items of a personal nature.
 
Note;
Kenya safari: we use Wildtrek safaris to do the safari.
Tanzania; we(Roy;'s) do the safari.
 
Answers to your questions:-
a) What type of vehicle will we have?
ANS; Kenya: Minibuses
Tanzania: 4WD landcruiser or Landrover
 
b) How many vehicles will we have for 4 or more people? 
ANS:Kenya: 1 unit minibus (can take 4-6pax)
      Tanzania:  4-5pax: 1 unit 5 seater 4WD
                       6pax: 1 unit 7 seater 4WD
 
c) What is the configuration of the roof hatches? 
ANS: Kenya: 1 roof top that opens
Tanzania: some of our 4WD's have a big single pop up roof, others have 2 roof hatches
 
d) How many people will be in each of the vehicles? 
ANS;  Kenya: 1 vehicle for 4-6pax
Tanzania: as per b) above
 
e) Do your drivers have unlimited mileage? 
ANS: Kenya & Tanzania; Yes
 
f) Would you give us a detailed list of what is !
 and is not included?

Here are some more answers to questions I asked of Roy Safaris.

We may like to take a tour in Nairobi. Can you
arrange it for us or should we make arrangements at
our hotel?
ANS: we can, just let us know when you want this

We would like to go to the Carnivore restaurant. Do
we need advance reservations?
ANS; not so much in advance, but yes, we do need to pre-book as it
tends to
fill up.
 We would also like to visit Mto Wa Mbu Village while
at Lake Manyara. Can you arrange for us to do that?
ANS: yes we can.
a cultural tour there will be uS$35pp.
 Would you arrange a lunch stop for us at GibbsFarm?
ANS: we can, US$20pp lunch at Gibbs.
If we decide to book with you, what is the
procedure for payment?
ANS: 30% non refundable deposit after receiving confirmaiton of
booking,
and balance to be paid 40days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation or no-show is subject to cancellation charges as per
the
following schedule
From booking time to 35 days prior: 30% of the tour cost
34-15 days prior:                             50% of the tour cost
14-7   days prior:                            75% of the tour cost.
6 days or less:                               100 of the tour cost.

There are no refunds for unused portions of the program, and refunds
will
not be made to clients who do not complete the tour for any reason
whatsoever. Amendments made to the itinerary once paid for may result
in
additional costs. including changes in number of clients booked.
